The Muslim Lived Experience Network sheds light on the challenges Muslims face in the UK, working to bridge gaps in knowledge, resources, and support. By fostering stronger communities, we can better serve those in need. Now more than ever, this work is essential in laying the foundations for a brighter, more resilient future for people of faith. Research on the mental health of Muslims is scarce. Even more rare is having an organisation completely led by Muslims with direct lived experience of mental health, who share their expertise to support others who are going through similar issues. This is a unique and much needed organisation who are taking the large step to better the Muslim mental health experience. Hadil Nour, Muslim Youth Helpline Helpline Manager
