Mental Health: An Islamic Perspective with Imam Omar Hajaj

Picture
We are delighted to host Imam Omar who will be speaking on an incredibly important topic. We all have mental health and as Muslims it's vital we understand what this means for us from an Islamic perspective. The concept of 'mental health' within the secular Western framework can often lead to misconceptions about how to care for our own mental wellbeing and that of others in our community. We invite both brothers and sisters to join us for this insightful session! Network members will be sent a link automatically.
